Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and vendors while leasing apartments to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Conduct tours presenting community features, review applications including income and credit screening, and prepare lease files. Verify apartment readiness, support move-in processes, and track leads in property management systems. Respond to communications professionally, assist with work orders, and maintain knowledge of market competitors and lease terms. Work weekends and peak leasing season schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing season schedules

- Bachelor's Degree
- Leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain lease documents

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic math skills including percentages and rent calculations
