Job Summary
Lease apartments by understanding lease terms, policies, and procedures while ensuring model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready. Build a strong resident retention program and perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting. Drive to different locations to assist in marketing the property and generating traffic. Maintain a professional demeanor with excellent communication skills to project the quality of the product and provide a quality living environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant
- Valid California Driver's License
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
- Must be able to Drive to different locations
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
