Job Summary
Conduct tours of the community, market to potential customers in person, over the telephone, and via email, and develop first-class customer service relationships with prospects and residents. Close sales and secure leases by typing leases, completing appropriate paperwork, and assisting management in daily office operations, including processing and maintaining property files. Prepare marketing materials and distribute them while contributing effectively in a team environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Director. Requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), experience in multifamily residential or customer service, and the ability to operate Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience in multifamily residential, customer service or other related industries
- Outgoing and personable in order to establish relationships and market effectively
- Self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve creatively
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to show and inspect apartments on multiple floors and access the varied terrain of the community
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit alternately depending on specific needs of the day
- Ability to operate Microsoft, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
