Job Summary
Lead Store Associate responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management, guiding associates, stockers, and cashiers through duties, and maintaining store standards to ensure an excellent customer experience. Requires coordinating with store management, supervising team performance, leading sales initiatives, ensuring merchandising plan compliance, operating the POS system, handling curbside pickup, and promoting a safe, collaborative working environment. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, work a full-time schedule, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead and develop team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate store equipment and POS system
- Ability to meet availability requirements
