Job Summary
Keyholder responsible for delivering the Rothy’s Experience on the sales floor by coaching and guiding team members, driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and supporting store operations. Acts as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure daily operations, visual merchandising, and service standards are upheld, with responsibilities including onboarding, training, and adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience
- leadership responsibility
- ability to stand/walk an entire shift
- availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week
- 18 years of age or older
