Full-Time Keyholder

Greet and acknowledge all customers while providing courteous, knowledgeable service and assisting the sales team with clienteling. Meet or exceed personal sales goals set by management and maintain an accurate client book. Oversee store operations in management's absence, ensuring compliance with policies and efficient opening/closing procedures. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, including floor sets, fixture placement, and lighting. Assist with inventories, asset protection, and ensuring offices and cash wraps are fully stocked. This entry-level management role supports both a division of responsibility with a sales lead and drives the brand's community-driven lifestyle movement.
