Job Summary
Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring all questions are addressed accurately before they leave. Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty while modeling the Service Training Program and UGG's sustainability initiatives. Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude and adhere to the dress code, making yourself personally available to both in-store shoppers and phone callers. Prioritize brand and product knowledge training, effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, and solve problems with agility in a fast-paced environment. Cooperate to achieve business goals and empower team members through recognition.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Retail experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
