Job Summary
Welcome customers and create personalized shopping experiences across skincare, haircare, fragrance, and beauty categories. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and basket-building opportunities. Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory replenishment, and operate POS systems accurately. Support teammates with ongoing beauty education and product training while contributing to a collaborative, high-energy culture. This role requires 1-2 years of retail management experience and offers a salary of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour with bonus opportunities and employee product discounts. Required Qualifications
