Full-Time Key Holder- TEC

Job Summary
Protect the customer experience by achieving clienteling and data capture goals while maximizing personal sales and resolving client conflicts. Support the management team with training new associates, supervising sales floor operations during manager absences, and developing sales associates. Execute all opening and closing procedures, process returns, and ensure strict compliance with operational and loss prevention policies. Participate in inventory preparations, merchandising activities including daily stock maintenance and flips, and maintain sales floor standards. Work varied hours and shifts requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs. Begin training in mid-August at Sherway Gardens before transferring to the new TEC location for the September grand opening.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
- Strong English communication - verbal and written
- Excellent time management/project skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
- Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
- Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results
- Dedicated to high levels of Customer Service and Sales Productivity
- Must be able to work shift standing and walking
- Must be able to lift approx. 20 lbs
- Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving / stocking store functions
