Job Summary
Open and close the store in accordance with company policies, lead the store team as part of management, and provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Process sales transactions accurately, assist with inventory control and restocking, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. Support loss prevention efforts, report unusual activity, and train new associates as needed. Engage professionally with store teams and customers, maintain a respectful presence, and motivate others. This full-time hourly position in Queens Center offers a wage range of $15.00 - $18.00 /hr. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and using ladders safely.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely
