Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures. Lead the store team as part of management. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising. Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity. Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully. Train and mentor new associates as needed.
