Job Summary
Key Carrier role in TJX family stores, alternating with Coordinator duties, requiring leadership in customer service, coaching Associates, maintaining store procedures, opening/closing tasks, and adherence to labor laws. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking are essential, with a focus on maintaining positive customer experiences, accurate staffing coverage, and supporting shrink-reduction and safety initiatives. Must be available nights and weekends and able to adapt to store needs across retail environments (off-price brands like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods).
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- open availability including nights and weekends
- proven problem solving skills
- ability to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- strong communication and organizational skills
- knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- familiarity with company policies and labor laws
- ability to act as Manager on Duty when needed
