Full Time Key Carrier Supervisor

Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating based on store needs and primarily acting as Coordinator with occasional Key Carrier duties. Responsibilities include leading store tasks, coaching Associates, ensuring coverage and adherence to procedures, communicating with management, promoting safety and loyalty programs, and supporting shrink reduction goals. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, strong customer service and leadership capabilities, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a retail environment. Location: Arlington Heights, IL. Salary range shown reflects hourly pay converted to annualized amounts.
