Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, manage daily store operations as Manager on Duty, and address immediate customer service issues while coaching Associates. Maintain accurate associate coverage, ensure adherence to all operational procedures and labor laws, and support shrink reduction and safety initiatives. Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier leadership roles based on store needs, providing feedback and managing priorities with management. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends, one year retail experience, and ability to multi-task under challenging circumstances.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
