Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, manage store team activities, and act as Manager on Duty while maintaining accurate associate coverage. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure adherence to operational procedures and labor laws. Prioritize tasks based on store needs, communicate effectively with management, and support shrink reduction and safety initiatives. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have open availability, including nights and weekends
