FULL TIME KEY CARRIER COORDINATOR NOW HIRING

Key Carrier role alternating with Coordinator, leading store operations, coaching Associates, and ensuring staffing and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, adhering to labor policies, training and developing associates, maintaining opening/closing procedures, and supporting shrink reduction and loyalty programs. Requires strong communication, problem solving, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment with availability including nights and weekends. 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership exposure are preferred.
