Job Summary
Maintain back-of-house hospital duties by caring for boarding animals, administering prescribed medication, cleaning kennel areas, and bathing pets. Provide outstanding patient care and client service while performing general cleaning tasks and communicating directly with clients. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multi-task, lift 40 lbs, and operate in wet conditions. This role demands regular on-site presence, flexible hours including weekends, and strong organizational skills to support clinical teams and ensure the safety of patients, clients, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior experience working with animals in a hospital setting
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
