Job Summary
Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members; oversees staff performance and ensures assignments are completed to ServiceMaster standards; performs inspections and provides feedback; may assist with cleaning when needed; responds to customer requests; opens/closes facilities and manages security systems; requires clear English communication (bilingual a plus); schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm; locations Frederick, Hagerstown, and Baltimore; must be able to lift up to 25lbs; operates under cleaning principles and team-management duties.
