Job Summary
Travel to various job sites in Effingham and surrounding areas each evening to cover open shifts and new accounts. Perform general cleaning including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning. Execute floor maintenance tasks such as scrubbing, stripping, refinishing, buffing, and sealing hard floors. Provide carpet care through spot treatment and hot-water extraction, and handle special services like window washing, upholstery cleaning, and construction clean-up. Safely transport and operate floor machines, vacuums, scrubbers, and extractors. Use a company vehicle for travel while on duty.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid Driver's License and good driving history
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to wear and operate a backpack vacuum
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

- Evening work required
- Must take trash to outdoor dumpsters, regardless of weather
Desired Qualifications
- Prior cleaning or floor care experience is a plus but not required
