Full-Time IT Support Specialist stationed in Bossier City to serve as the first point of contact for IT problem resolutions for the VA ESDMS, handling incident intake, identifying and prioritizing end-user issues, and applying troubleshooting techniques to hardware, software, and network problems; documenting incidents in incident databases and using ticketing systems; requires a high school diploma/GED and 1+ years of customer service experience, with hybrid on-site/remote work in Louisiana.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
- Louisiana residency living within a 60-mile radius of our Bossier City facility
- Must be able and willing to work any full-time shift
- Ability and willingness to work and train onsite as required
