Full-time Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary
Full-time RN in outpatient infusion care delivering infusions and injections, performing direct patient care and assessments, educating patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects, maintaining accurate EHR documentation, and ensuring HIPAA/OSHA compliance. Will collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams, support operations and training (inventory, prior authorizations, regulatory adherence), and work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed. Requires active RN license, BLS (PALS preferred), and experience in infusion therapy; strong IV skills and proficiency with EHRs are essential. Provides pathway for CEUs, tuition reimbursement, and certifications (CRNI/ONCC) support; offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred
- Clinical Experience in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus
- Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills with biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance understanding
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
