Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in outpatient infusion settings, delivering on-site and virtual supervision for infusions and injections. Conduct patient assessments, document SOAP notes, educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects, ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA, maintain accurate EHR records, assist with chart preparation and treatment planning, collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams, support regulatory adherence and inventory management, and operate across multiple facilities within a designated market. Must hold NP and RN licenses as applicable, board certification (AANP or ANCC), BLS (PALS preferred), and have experience with outpatient infusion care, adult and pediatric populations, and IV/infusion therapy. Durable clinical skills include managing biologics, medication management, emergency response protocols, and strong documentation and communication abilities.
