Full time Infusion Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Summary
Administer on-site and virtual infusions and injections while conducting patient assessments and documenting SOAP notes in the EHR. Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, disease management, and side effects, then collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical workflows and coordinate care. Support operations by managing inventory, processing prior authorizations, and ensuring regulatory compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards. Work four days a week with every other Saturday, rotating across multiple facilities as needed. The role offers tuition reimbursement for CRNI and ONCC certifications, plus access to ultrasound IV skills training and a CEU library.
Required Qualifications
- Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state)
- Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification
- Life Support Certifications – BLS certification
- Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – care for both adults and pediatrics
- Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols
- Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Flexibility and Adaptability – Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting
- Life Support Certifications – PALS certification
- Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
