Full Time Infant/Toddler Closer Teacher

Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom; manage a safe, nurturing learning environment for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®; build relationships with families and coworkers; actively communicate children’s progress with parents through various channels; support center enrollment and engagement goals. Requires state-specific guidelines and a background in early childhood education with strong classroom management, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- High school diploma/GED required
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
