Job Summary
Provide childcare for young infants for multiple families as part of a nanny team. Working 4 days per week, 6-8 hour shifts from 7am-7pm, in active child-centered environments with outdoor activity when weather permits. Responsibilities include caring for infants, engaging in developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining safe and clean spaces, and coordinating with families through a nanny agency. Requires at least 1 year of infant experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and three references (two child-related, one character). Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 35 pounds and participate in dynamic daily routines, including frequent movement and potential emergencies. Compensation is $20-$25 per hour, with benefits such as sick time, health care stipend or retirement/student loan options, and bonuses based on performance and commitment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of infant experience
- 3 references (2 related to working with children) or character reference
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to engage in active play and daily care tasks
