Job Summary
Respond to inbound client and candidate leads, guiding them through registration and placement while sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and placement terms, managing all job orders, clients, and candidates within our CRM. Make a minimum of 100 candidate calls per week and collaborate daily with the team in our virtual office. You will operate as a full-time independent contractor with a commission-based structure, earning between $80,000 and $100,000 in your first year, with top producers exceeding $200,000 annually. No client acquisition or cold calling is required; we provide the leads, systems, training, and daily support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following: private household or estate management; executive or personal assistance; professional childcare in affluent households; domestic staffing, luxury hospitality, or family office support; or recruiting, staffing, and sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Discretion, urgency, and a high-touch service mindset
- Organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfort in a commission-based environment
- Some college preferred; tech-savvy and able to learn recruiting platforms
