Job Summary
Respond to inbound client and candidate leads, guiding them through registration and placement while sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and placement terms, managing multiple job orders, clients, and candidates in our CRM. Make a minimum of 100 candidate calls per week and collaborate daily with the team in our virtual office. This full-time, commission-based independent contractor role offers first-year earnings of $80,000–$100,000 with uncapped potential for top producers. We provide comprehensive training, active job orders, and daily team support, allowing you to leverage your experience in private household staffing without starting from scratch.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following: private household or estate management; executive or personal assistance; professional childcare in affluent households; domestic staffing, luxury hospitality, or family office support; or recruiting, staffing, and sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Discretion, urgency, and a high-touch service mindset
- Organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfort in a commission-based environment
- Some college preferred; tech-savvy and able to learn recruiting platforms
