Job Summary
Ensure club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing excellent customer service to members and guests. Keep the sidewalk entrance, lobby, locker rooms, and storage areas presentable and organized. Clean and stock consumables, maintain adequate towel supplies, and service all athletic equipment. Receive and store deliveries, assist with special events, and notify the Housekeeping Manager immediately when rooms or equipment require attention. Work 40 hours a week in a state-of-the-art luxury facility in Kensington, UK, with a clear understanding of sanitary environments and prior experience in cleaning and laundry services preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
- Ability to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
- Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
- Must have a legal right to work in the United Kingdom
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred
