Full-time Housekeeper

Job Summary
Clean assigned resident areas, offices, and common spaces following department policies and procedures. Disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas; empty trash, dust, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets. Keep housekeeping carts and supply closets neat, organized, and fully stocked while operating cleaning equipment safely and reporting maintenance needs. Follow proper infection control practices and communicate effectively with residents and team members. Work the day shift from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at our Moravian Hall Square campus in Nazareth, PA, supporting over 300 senior residents in a high-performing, dementia-certified facility.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and use various equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
