Full Time Housekeeper - Delta Hotel in Helena

Job Summary
Greet guests, respond to special requests, and clean guestrooms to Delta Hotel standards by replacing linen, replenishing amenities, and making beds. Remove dirty glassware, trash, and linen; sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and wash walls, windows, and mirrors. Properly maintain the daily log, track keys, review communications, and handle lost and found items. Complete pre-cleaning duties, restock guest rooms per shift, and ensure safe working conditions. Keep the supervisor informed of all problems or matters of significance and perform other assigned tasks. This full-time role includes weekends, nights, and holidays with up to 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to use telephone communication between manager/supervisor and other team members
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
