Job Summary
Greet guests, respond to special requests, and clean guest rooms to established standards while replacing linen, replenishing amenities, and managing glassware. Remove dirty glassware, trash, and linen; sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and wash walls, windows, and mirrors. Maintain the daily log, track issued keys, review communications logs, and properly handle lost and found items. Complete pre-cleaning duties for the housekeeping cart set-up and restock required rooms per shift. Perform all tasks in a timely, efficient manner while maintaining safe working conditions and using required PPE. Work up to 40 hours per week with varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must pass Background Check
- Must pass Criminal Background Check
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to use telephone communication
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
