Job Summary
Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community; ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas; support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments; no prior experience necessary - assisted living or hospitality experience a plus; Full Time AM shift; Anticipated pay range $17-$19/hour; Silverado offers comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental and vision, FSA, PTO, tuition reimbursement and professional development; Employment offers are contingent on background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing; E-Verify is used for work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
