Job Summary
Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas by thoroughly cleaning and restocking required rooms per shift. Complete pre-cleaning duties including setting up the housekeeping cart with supplies, replacing linens, and removing trash. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, repainting walls, and disassembling furniture when assigned. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality safety and brand standards. Maintain high personal grooming standards and attend regularly as scheduling varies by hotel needs.
Required Qualifications
- OPEN Availability required including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
