Job Summary
Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift, including pre-cleaning duties such as setting up the housekeeping cart with supplies, removing trash and dirty linen, and replacing bed linens. Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as assigned, which may involve disassembling furniture, changing air conditioning filters, cleaning coils, or touching up paint and scratched surfaces. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling needs and approach all guest and employee encounters in a friendly, service-oriented manner while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality standards for personal appearance and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
