Job Summary
Provide attentive, engaged childcare and light supervision throughout the day, including assisting with school drop-offs and pick-ups. Prepare backpacks, clothing, and snacks for children while engaging them in age-appropriate activities, imaginative play, and outdoor experiences. Manage daily household resets in primary hot zones, tidy high-traffic areas, and maintain organizational systems throughout the home. Wash and chop produce to prepare dinner components, batch prep healthy staples, and pack lunches for children. Wash, fold, and organize laundry, rotate linens weekly, and maintain a tidy laundry area. Monitor and restock pantry and fridge supplies, manage household orders online, and handle occasional grocery shopping. Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, coordinate repairs, and oversee service providers during home appointments. Perform deep cleaning on high-use appliances and proactively address areas needing attention.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and valid driver's license
- CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain upon employment
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate multi-level home
- Candidates are required to be up to date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (including general immunizations; COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are preferred)
