Job Summary
House Manager / Personal Assistant for a private family in Menlo Park. Oversee day-to-day operations of a 7,000-square-foot primary residence, manage 20+ household vendors, coordinate preventative maintenance for systems, and handle personal scheduling and travel logistics. Responsibilities include calendar management, vendor vetting and contracts, budget/invoice tracking, wardrobe and shopping coordination, meal and laundry logistics, package handling, and ensuring seamless household operations. Ideal candidate will be UHNW-experienced, tech-savvy, discreet, highly organized, and able to implement systems and processes, while supporting both household and personal needs, travel planning (domestic and international), event support, and confidential personal scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in private service, household management, executive support, or a related role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and reference checks
- Authorized to work in the United States
