Job Summary
Professional House Cleaner responsibilities: travel to customers' homes as part of a two-person team to perform routine and specific tasks; provide top quality work and customer service; perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks; use Two Maids cleaning procedures and best practices; clean & disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and floors; transport cleaning products to and from job sites; attend and participate in team meetings; mileage reimbursement; full-time schedule Mon-Fri 7:30 am–5 pm; no nights or weekends; services 1-4 homes per day; earn up to 20% commission; company provides equipment, medical-grade chemicals; licensed, bonded, insured; paid semi-monthly; tips kept; interview process includes potential group interview.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a criminal history background check
- Must be able to speak, write and understand English
- Must have reliable transportation and car insurance
- Willing to work full time
- Team-oriented
- Willing to train and take constructive feedback
- Able to meet early start time 7:30 am
- No nights/weekends/major holidays
