Job Summary
Theatre operations-focused role supervising and coaching employees, handling all staff functions, and overseeing projection/AV systems; ensures compliance with policies, maintains guest satisfaction, manages cash handling and receipts reconciliation, and supports human resources processes under the General Manager with responsibilities including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance coaching; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory/theatre experience or Cast Certification, with full-time hourly compensation and benefits in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof, or demonstrated leadership potential subject to VP approval
- Ability to read and understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination policies
- Legal ability to sell/serve alcohol if duties include serving alcohol; comply with state/local training and required certificates
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to supervise and coach staff; interview, hire, and schedule with GM oversight
