Job Summary
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim while maintaining orderly conditions in hospital facilities. Sweeps and vacuums floors, dusts furniture, and washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Empties wastebaskets and transports trash to disposal areas, replenishes bathroom supplies, and moves small equipment between departments. Performs duties in rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms. Requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and rotating weekend/holiday shifts. Hourly pay rate is $16.00. Flu vaccine required; post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
- Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
- Flu Vaccine Required
- Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- Medical cleaning a plus
