Job Summary
Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, furniture, and metalwork. Sweep, vacuum, and dust hallways, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and work areas. Wash walls, ceilings, windows, and door panels. Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal zones. Replenish bathroom supplies and move small equipment between departments. Shifts available include 7:00am to 3:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, 5:00pm to 1:30am, and 11:00pm to 7:30am, with rotational weekends. Hourly pay is $16.00 plus a $500 sign-on bonus paid in three increments. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and hold a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to talk or hear
- Ability to handle exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
- Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
