Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas and corridors for cups, spills, paper, and debris. Clean all corners, edges, and baseboards; dust mop hard floors, cleaning behind doors and moving objects. Remove marks and scuffs on floors, then damp mop with proper chemicals or use scrubbing machines. Utilize floor machines for project work, including burningish, scrubbing, and stripping as directed. Perform related duties such as area cleaning and waste disposal. Work all shifts from 7am to 3:30pm or 3pm to 11:30pm with rotational weekends and holidays at Physicians Regional-Pine Ridge and Pine Ridge North in Naples, FL. Hourly pay is $14.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent
- Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test
- Ability to lift, carry, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to talk or hear
- Possible exposure to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment
- Possible exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Possible exposure to work near moving mechanical parts
