Job Summary
Hospice CNA providing hands-on personal care in patients' homes in the Tucson area. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, monitoring vital signs, meal preparation, medication reminders, changing linens, and providing emotional support to patients and families. Works closely with RNs, therapists, and family members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care. Requires 18+, Arizona CNA license, valid driver's license, CPR, TB clearance, ability to pass background checks; bilingual Spanish a plus. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current Arizona CNA license
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- TB clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background screening
- Education: High school diploma or GED; Completion of an accredited CNA training program
