Job Summary
Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. Implement therapeutic programs promoting recovery and mobility across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. Deliver high-quality customer service while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based practice. Provide education and training to patients and caregivers to empower effective condition management. Meet established utilization goals and business performance objectives to support practice growth. Work Monday through Friday for 40 hours weekly in a home care setting.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida
- A basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and word processing abilities
- The ability to build respectful and trusting relationships with patients
- demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction
