Job Summary
Comprehensively evaluate patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their individual health goals. Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, drawing on techniques from diverse specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Provide skilled therapeutic services at patients' homes while keeping their safety and comfort in mind. Record and analyze patient progress, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment effectiveness. Educate patients and their caregivers on wellness practices, rehabilitation exercises, and adaptive techniques to encourage a proactive approach to healing and self-care. Utilize evidence-based methodologies to drive patient outcomes, meet utilization goals, and enhance overall service effectiveness. Full-time role with salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- State Licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) through the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in the field of physical therapy
- Current CPR certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and computer applications
