Full-Time Home Care Specialist

Two-person married couple serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA. They provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially scheduled for nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, they will transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian prayer life; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
