Full-time Home Care Service Coordinator responsible for creating and managing caregiver/client schedules across multiple counties, ensuring adherence to care plans, performing in-home visits, handling on-call coverage, and supporting branch operations. Requires scheduling proficiency, ability to coordinate changes due to client needs, familiarity with EVV systems, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and willingness to travel within the territory (approximately 60% travel; 45% in office). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalence
- 1 year of office experience
- EVV experience preferred
