Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based protocols for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on complex cases, manage discharge planning, and maintain detailed documentation of progress and communication. Engage in local marketing activities to promote services while mentoring younger professionals and acting as a clinical instructor. Work onsite within patients' homes across the Richmond area, Monday through Friday, adapting treatment protocols to unique environments. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Virginia, issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee

- Up-to-date American Heart Association CPR certification
