Job Summary
Assess individual patient needs through comprehensive evaluations to establish tailored therapy plans addressing specific rehabilitation goals. Utilize manual therapy techniques and advanced modalities for recovery, including strength training, gait training, and therapeutic exercises. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery timelines while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Work onsite in patient homes, seeing approximately two patients per hour to focus on quality care and in-depth recovery plans. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Current and valid Maryland Physical Therapy license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient or home care setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and reporting
