Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient mobility, pain levels, and rehabilitation potential to formulate personalized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to promote recovery. Guide patients through individualized home exercise programs while offering education on injury prevention strategies. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and chiropractors to optimize patient outcomes. Document therapy sessions accurately and promptly, adhering to established state regulations and organizational policies. Engage with diverse patients dealing with orthopedic ailments, sports injuries, and mobility challenges across the Fresno area.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active Physical Therapist license in California, or eligibility to obtain such a license
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Possession of strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available for onsite work in the Fresno area
- Must be able to work directly with patients in their residences

Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation
- Proficiency in a variety of treatment methodologies, including advanced manual therapy techniques
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
