Maintain meticulous patient records that comply with state regulations and facility protocols, documenting treatments, plans, and charges efficiently. Engage in community outreach efforts, program development, quality improvement initiatives, and mentorship of therapy assistants, enhancing our service offerings. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities, ensuring you are current with the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Work onsite in patient homes in Oakland, California, with a schedule of approximately 40 hours per week and occasional variable weekends.
